Delivery
Please allow 28 days for delivery, although we usually deliver well within seven days of receiving your order.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange or refund the goods, if returned within 14 days. Please return the items in the same condition you bought them, and insure the jewellery is sent with a special delivery service. Silver Service is not responsible for any damage or loss through transit.

Postage
All pieces of jewellery will be sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery system at a flat rate of £4.50. This is a next day delivery service, so it is the fastest and safest way to receive your order, as parcels are fully insured and require a signature on arrival.
